Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and Services of Best Wash & Fold (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, booking a pickup, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial wash-and-fold laundry services with pickup and delivery in designated service areas.
2. Orders, Minimums, and Pricing
- Minimum Order: 30 lb per pickup unless otherwise stated. Orders below the minimum may be rounded up or subject to a small-order fee.
- Pricing: Unless otherwise stated, pricing is by weight after washing/drying and excludes add-ons. Current base rate: from $2/lb. Prices are subject to change; current prices are displayed at checkout.
- Authorization Hold: We may place a temporary authorization (e.g., $1) to secure bookings. Final charges occur after your order is weighed and completed.
3. Pickup & Delivery
- Windows: Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Sun 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, subject to availability.
- Access: You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/delivery instructions and safe access. Missed pickups/deliveries may incur a fee.
- Bags & Labeling: Place laundry in secure bags; label special items or instructions.
4. Garment Care & Exclusions
- We follow standard care practices. Please indicate special care needs in your order notes.
- We do not accept items contaminated with hazardous materials (e.g., bodily fluids, bedbugs, chemicals). Such orders may be refused or returned unprocessed.
- We are not responsible for items left in pockets; please check pockets prior to pickup.
5. Damage & Loss
- In the rare event of damage or loss directly caused by our process, our liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the reasonable cost of repair or (b) the depreciated value of the item(s), not to exceed $200 per order unless you purchased additional coverage.
- Slight shrinkage, color fading, or minor wear may occur with laundering and is not considered damage.
- Claims must be submitted in writing to support@bestwashfold.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. Keep damaged items for inspection.
6. Payment; Late/Failed Payments
Payment is due upon delivery. If payment fails, you authorize us to reattempt charges. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and collection costs as allowed by law.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel up to 3 hours before the start of your pickup window at no charge. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee.
8. Promotions
Discounts and promotions are subject to terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
9. Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not misuse the Site (e.g., scraping, security testing, reverse engineering) or attempt to disrupt Services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use our marks without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months prior to the event.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of laws). Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You and Company waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law. (Optional: add binding arbitration clause if desired.)
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
